Follow the claim back to the measurement.

We prioritize original studies, official safety communications, and direct provider documentation. We identify the formulation, route, population, duration, comparison group, and outcome that support a medical statement. Findings about oral precursors do not automatically support injectable NAD+.

A biomarker can change without proving a meaningful improvement in how someone feels or functions. Small studies, exploratory endpoints, industry funding, and missing long-term data belong in the explanation. Provider surveys and testimonials are not treated as randomized clinical evidence.

Make uncertainty visible.

Prices and public offers are checked on the listed research date. We do not invent pharmacy audits, medical reviewers, enrollment experiences, or comparative outcome scores. The directory uses Census place records and shared access guidance; it is not a verified clinic database.
