How was it studied?: A small randomized, placebo-controlled crossover trial, with six weeks per treatment period.
What was measured?: Blood NAD+ metabolism, tolerability, and exploratory physiological measures.

This was oral nicotinamide riboside. It does not establish that an NAD+ injection improves energy or extends life.
